Step-By-Step Order Guide

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo Checkout button.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.
7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via email.

Shipping And Returns

Shipping Policy


All orders within the Continental US are shipped free. AK and Hawaii may have extra shipping charges. All other countries will be charged the full shipping fee. If you are located outside of the U.S., please place your order and you will be contacted to discuss the shipping fees. If they are not satisfactory to you,  you will be issued an immediate refund.  If you want to determine shipping costs up front send an email with your request a quote via our Contact Us form and we will be back to you as quickly as possible.

 

Return Policies

What if my purchase is damaged or defective?
Our suppliers hold to the highest standards of quality control, and all our products are warranted by the manufacturers. If by chance you receive a product that is damaged or defective please follow our "how to request a return" steps located here.  We will be happy to exchange your boat for another one of the same style or, with any needed payment changes, for another boat or style.  Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery confirmation with the shipping company.

 

Manufacturer Defects

If the product you receive is defective or is missing a part, you must return the product to the manufacturer directly for warranty service.  DO NOT RETURN THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TO RCBOATSONLY.COM - THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. All our manufacturers ask that they be contacted directly by us first with all defect issues.  Usually they will send out the required part, or replace your unit entirely.  However, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or importer in the original packaging and not show signs of use or mistreatment.  The manufacturer will look over the product and assess the problem.  Once that is done, they will exchange and ship out another boat directly to you.  Should they refuse to provide you with a replacement, we can offer you a substantial discount (40%) on another purchase provided you cover the cost of shipping.  Please follow our "how to request a return" steps located here.  Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery confirmation with the shipping company.

 

Shipping Damage:


If product is damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately.  Any shipping damage will be the responsibility of the shipping company and we cannot be held liable.  Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery confirmation with the shipping company.

 

Back Orders:


If a delay or back order occurs you will be notified within 1-2 business days via e-mail. Occasionally a back order is needed and can take as much as 3-4 weeks to fulfill. You may contact us to verify shipping estimated time of arrival before ordering if you wish. If your item is back-ordered you may choose another item and the difference will be added or credited to your method of payment, or you may request an exchange or full refund if notified 7 days of backorder status notification.

  How to Request a Return:

  1. Sign into your RCBoatsOnly.com account you created with your order.  Click "sign-in" on the right-hand side of the website.  If you forgot your password you may recover it there.  Your username should be the email address you used during signup.
     
  2. Click on "my account" after successful login.

     
  3. Click on "order history" and search for your order

     
  4. Select the order which you would like to return and scroll to the bottom and create a return request.  Select the specific product, reason, and a description of what problems you may be having.
  5. Your return has been created and will now show up under "returns" in your account.
  6. You can check up on the status of your order, delete or modify your return in your account.
  7. We will receive your request and get back to you by email regarding the request.


Reason for requesting a return
We will respond to your return request within 3 business days. You will be issued an RMA # and instructions on returning your item. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items received without an RMA number will not be accepted. In turn, ship the item back within 3 business days after receiving an email confirmation.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, UNOPENED ONLY and insured for its purchase price.  The products must be unopened, unused and received in “resaleable” and NEW condition as when it was shipped to you with all original materials, instructions and packing. No credit will be given for damaged returns or returns that have been opened.

We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. After we have received and verified the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less the shipping and 15% restocking fee, within 7 business days. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions. Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

 1. You can return your RC product only if it falls under the Warranty and Shipping Policies.

a. If your product(s) show up at your doorstep "Dead On Arrival" your purchase may be replaced.

b. No refund will be offered if there is any sign of crush or play damage.

c. If your item has been damaged by you, warranty is then voided.

d. If your item has been damaged during shipping the warranty is void and the shipping company is responsible for replacement

(See Shipping Damage below).

2. Email [email protected] to get approval for the return. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of the replacement of your product and may void the warranty.

3. Items may only be returned if they are new and unused condition. All of the original packaging must be intact.

Any sign of play damage to the product, broken parts,

scratches, sun damage, water damage, applying stickers or decals, or any other signs of wear and tear on the item will void the warranty and shall not be returned.

4. All materials that were included with the original product (ie. manuals, batteries, packaging, etc.) must be included to be eligible for replacement.

5. You are responsible for all shipping of the items for replacement.

7. A 15% restocking fee will apply PLUS shipping costs will be withheld from refund.

 

Canceling Orders:

If a buyer chooses to cancel an order before it is processed there will be an 8% processing fee withheld from refund prior to shipping of product.  For orders that have been processed and shipped, a 15% restocking fee will apply PLUS shipping costs will be withheld from refund.  No refunds will be provided until the boat has been returned and accepted by our distributors.


No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be granted after an item has been used.
No REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued after 3 days of item shipment.
